Blake has three main areas of focus:

1) helping those dealing and coping with narcissistic abuse and dysfunctional family dynamics,

2) relationship therapy using the Gottman Method,

3) high functioning professionals looking to live a more optimal and efficient life.

Specializing in transformative therapy, I focus on three key areas to foster significant change and personal growth: 1) supporting individuals coping with narcissistic abuse, emotional immaturity, and dysfunctional family dynamics, including scapegoating, 2) enhancing relationships using the evidence-based Gottman Method, and 3) guiding high-functioning professionals towards a more optimal and efficient lifestyle.
